Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in gentle, therapeutic bodywork with a focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Since 2008, I’ve been committed to helping clients feel their best through personalized, restorative care.
My areas of focus include decongestive lymphatic therapy, abdominal and pelvic health, TMJ, neck and facial relief, and post-surgical or chronic condition support. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re seeking relief from inflammation, chronic discomfort, or simply a moment of calm. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where your wellness journey is honored and supported.
